Has anyone had any joy booking one of these as a holiday with car hire thrown in?
Been trying to book an open jaw to LAX and back from LAS, prices up ok and goes through to payment, then after I enter the payment details it fails telling me I haven't been charged and that I should try again.
Tried different credit cards, phoned BA who say they can see the booking but it's failed and they don't know why, I even got notification of a time change on one of them with a booking reference that when I accessed MMB said I needed to pay but gave me no option to do so.
One lady on the phone told me I need to contact Bremen, but it's a bit difficult as they work the same times that I do.
Running out of patience with it, any pointers?
