Just cancelled a return trip to Sydney for 2 on the back of this. I know BA won't notice but I'd rather spend my £20-30k a year elsewhere for a bit given the complete lack of concern shown to customers by BA. I did ask the agent to feed up the line the reason for my cancellation.
