But it was the method used, and the subsequent attacks by management that was disgraceful. This action by BA is rather similar in method.
Except the action by BA was not in retaliation to anything. Which makes it worse in my opinion.
Again, I don’t think CX was right, and yes their action is disgraceful. But the situations are not comparable.
