What's the quickest way to get there from LHR and back? Hex to Paddington -> Marylbone-> Bicester on Chiltern, and their shuttle?

No need for the shuttle anymore they have there own station now connected to the mall. Announcements at Marylebone and on the train are also now made in Arabic and Mandarin along with English for all the crowds heading shopping.
