First of all, you don't have SPG points any more. You have Marriott points which are worth 1/3 of what an SPG point did. It appears that you might have picked that up with the 12K --> 4K miles.
Second, the next time you need to send 60K points over, so that you get the 5K bonus miles. I cringe when seeing that you converted 60K in two transactions to end up with 20K miles.
Third, there are glitches with Marriott mileage transfers, so you might only end up with 19,998 miles in your Asia miles account, whenever they arrive. So, even then you might not be able to book your BOM-HKG. Make alternative plans...
