KC818 - I had actually been thinking of the all day wait on 10th from 09:10 to 17:45 (HEL arriving T3, OTP departing T5 I think). As you say, going the other way on the Sunday (09:35-18:15) you have access to a veritable smorgasbord of lounges at T3, especially if you're a BA Gold/OWE.
If I were doing this little trip, I'd probably go into London on 10th, rather than hang around T5 all day. But then I'd also try to space it out to have a few days in Bucharest in the middle…
