I reached over 140 nights and over $23000 spend in July and still haven't been contacted about an Ambassador, despite the fact that I've called and asked multiple times since I need my Ambassador to work with hotels to book award reservations while there are standard rooms available (because the hotels aren't honoring Marriott's No Blackout Dates policy, which states that if a standard room is available for cash then we can use points for it, and the phone agents are clueless). 😡
