Finally got the receipt after nearly 3 weeks, several emails to/from
[email protected] and a query via the credit-card company.
It's a genuine Aussie tax-receipt showing $6 of GST in the $60 fee - so they'll have to actually deliver the GST to Australia, on this transaction at least.
