Mixed cabin Tickets out of India
Hi
Had anyone been able to ticket a mixed cabin tickets under the same ticket Number (Partner / Code Share Flights).
I live in a Tier-2 city and had to connect via DEL for most of the international travels. The company allows Business class for International Travels. But for the Domestic hop (1.5 hrs), it needs to be in Economy. Typically I get a separate ticket for the Domestic trip and checkin the Bags again in DEL & Pay the extra baggage fees (which is high when you consider the 2X32 Kgs allowance of International Business Class).
how are others dealing with it. the company TA (CWT) is not able / willing to issue the Y & J mixed cabin tickets on the same ticket #.
