Actually, my understanding is that the main difference is that bands 3-4 get the yoghurt AND the fruit as opposed to one of the two. Are you sure that the other CE services are 3/4 trays? I thought it was half trays for all services now? (and indeed, that moving to half trays was part of the reason for the catering changes given the constraints of the NEO galleys)
