Back when I was doing ZRH-JFK at least once a week I was told that I was one of the top customer for the JFK station. Besides the fact that I got to know everyone on the LX JFK team there where a few „unofficial“ benefits like getting friends and family into the JFK FCL, almost absolut upgrade priority or individual escort to immigration.

I believe the criteria was a mix of frequency and HON status.
