P.S. I went online to request the missing leg. It posted within 5 minutes and updated my lifetime miles to 1,000,429. 35K bonus miles posted overnight.
Congrats! I remember watching the map when I knew I was crossing 1MM on my way back to LAX from LHR and I calculated that we were somewhere over Minot ND. I smile whenever I fly over it now.
