I can empathise with the OP as I imagine that it could be me posting this thread if somehow all my 8 meetings got posted after the merger and yielding me 0 or 10 nights.
Back to topic. Be it an IT issue or a post merger issue the main problem is with the lack off (or none of it) communication. I see FTers logging cases into a black hole or answers from CSRs that are clueless themselves.
There is probably a ton of other issues to solve (missing points, wrong status, missing stays, booking issues list goes on ...) despite being 3 weeks in I would drop a constructive to their CEO too.
