I’m a plat premier and have already requalified for play premier next year. I just selected 10 suite nights. Am I correct that I have those 10 upgrades to use by the end of 2019? And that I will not be issued 10 more on Jan 1, 2019?

No, you will only earn 5 SNAs when you pass 50 and 75 nights during the year regardless of annual/LT status. They will be good through the end of the following year.
