Hello XXXX,

I'm pleased to address your inquiry about the benefits on
your Marriott RewardsŪ Credit Card account.

XXXXX, let me share that you can earn one Night Credit
towards Elite status for every $3,000 spend. No purchases
were made in the year 2018 so far.

"Net Purchases" are purchases of goods and services made
by you or any authorized user on your account minus any
returns or refunds, and do not include balance transfers,
cash advances, cash-like charges such as travelers checks,
foreign currency, and money orders, any checks that access
your account, overdraft advances, interest, unauthorized
or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including an
annual fee, if applicable.

If you have any questions about the Elite Night Credits
you've earned or Elite Status, please sign in to your
Marriott Rewards account at MarriottRewards.com or call
Marriott at 1-800-321-7396. They're available Monday
through Friday 7 a.m. to midnight and Saturday and Sunday
8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern Time.

We appreciate your business and thank you for being a
Chase customer.
Thanks for the verification. I have only seen where the business card extra days were going away with spend but not the personal card. This is actually the only reason I haven't upgraded or cancelled my personal card.
