@Points Scrounger. Do you remember what he used them for? We are heading to Rome in March and I've been reading about how challenging it can be to get Coliseum tour tickets for the english language tours and was wondering if he used them for that or was it just restaurant reservations? I'm new to the card and could assemble a list of items (Vatican tour, train tickets for Pompeii, etc..). I could also do all of that myself if I'm going to have provide nearly as much information to the the concierge versus just booking directly. Outside of the aforementioned Coliseum tickets.
