Purchasing Award Miles
I purchased award miles 29 Aug which deposited into my account within a few minutes of purchasing. The award miles came with a 40% bonus of gift miles. 7 days later, the gift miles have still not been added to my account. I have called Aegean and they do not know when they will be posted to my account. They can only see they are pending but cannot do anything about it. They suggested I just wait another weak...
Has anyone had this experience?
