1. YMMV. Really depends on the property. SPG properties I stayed in the past upgraded my other rooms to club room while 1 room was upgraded to suite. Marriott properties followed the rules more closely and gave the bare minimum. Late checkout for 1 room, the other rooms need to be checkout by noon.
