We recently took BA 190 outbound to the UK and BA 191 inbound back to the States, both in 1st class. BA 190 had some maintenance issues (faulty headset plug; damaged curtain; seat was a bit touchy to adjust, etc.), but BA 191 had none of that. Service onboard was impeccable. The only real drawback was that the terminal at ABIA (Austin) is under construction and you have to walk about 350 yards through a bevy of strung together land bridges to get on and off the plane. Some of it is air conditioned and some of it is not.
