It’s possible that the rate is ineligible, but it’s more likely that the IT isn’t working properly. Even with SPG, I sometimes had issues applying SNAs for certain SET rates at some hotels and had to ask my Ambassador to do it. She’d always be able to do it without any issue.
You may want to wait a little or perhaps just call the Plat line and ask for assistance. Maybe when the hold times aren’t so tragic.
