My guess is that the IT dept must very soon start signing off accounts (probably already started) as successfully migrated. If no accounts are signed off as successfully migrated and the merged data signed off in Jan ... it is probably going to be a classical case study in how you NOT merge two database .... a true Mickey Mouse execution if that would be the case ....
