Played around with this, and it can be routed NBO-(LVI, VFA, MPM, HRE)-JNB, MRU and LOS, albeit at considerable expense, for few/no additional TPs, as the most intra-Africa legs are on KQ or SA; however, there is potential for interesting stopovers - a TP holiday to MRU and HNL on one ticket, anyone?!
I think I would probably skip the last 17hrs LHR to NBO if I was doing that trip and go back home, in London, for a 48hrs nap.. 😂😂😂
