What are you going to do for members who were assured by your telephone agents at the time of purchasing their travel package that they would be refunded the points value of 150k points for a cat 1-5 certificate?
Or for those members who were told by your telephone agents that the travel packages would work with the same category numbers in the new program (so a cat 1-5 certificate would work for cats 1-5 in the new program)?
