Is this card even worth keeping anymore for $95? The no-fee version of this card gets 2x on all online merchants, this gets 3x. There are really no other benefits now to this card, right? And aren't a lot of online sites not coding as 3x anyways? Our AF just came up and there are no retention offers on the account.
I personally think this is one of the best cards out there. Spending online to me is really the way to go. Items show up at your door without having to waste travel time.
To essentially earn for 3.75% travel equivalent on most online purchases is pretty amazing. Hitting $10k per year to get an additional 10k pts worth $125 to more than cancel out the annual fee is just gravy. I always believe there's a reason why cards arent available any more.
From what I see on the market, there isnt a single other card from anyone else that matches this type of return for online purchases. Sure some transactions dont code as 3x but I test out transactions to see which don't.
That's why I think anyone with this card shouldnt ever dare to cancel it.
