That is strange.....I looked this past January for my past April trip and every single hotel in HK was there. Now the only high end hotels that are are the Mandarin, Landmark Mandarin, and Island SHL...... you can add to your list of missing hotels, the Upper House, Conrad, Langham, both Hyatts....and many more. I am going back to HK in November and tried again to find these hotels on the UR portal...and they still arent there....I called the 800 # and they were no help....just telling me that they are probably sold out and not available....even when I said they dont show up at all on any date they had no answer...and could not direct me to someone who could. They transferred me to Chase UR department who also had no idea and could offer no help or answers?
Its like no one cares and no one knows....which is quite annoying...
