Father and his caregiver wish to go from YVR to MCO next month.
AC does offer caregiver discounts for both paid revenue tickets and freqent flyer award tickets on limited routes (see link:

He has the option of using at least 4 airlines from YVR- eg AA, Alaska, Delta, UA.
What is their policy on this issue?
Because of medical issues, he can only fly in the premium cabin.
