I found the showers at the BA lounge in Singapore to be very agreeable. Not quite The Wing First, but it's a world away from LHR and its Galleries.
Alternatively, the QF one has great toiletries, though I didn't quite like the shower arrangement itself (no door separating the shower, thus the occasional wet floor).
