If you are paying for F consider the benefits of Mileage Plan EQM/RDM. Purchased F comes with a 75% COS Bonus A SEA-ANC return is 2888 miles and with a 75% bonus earns 5054 EQM & RDM. That is enough for a free one-way flight SEA-SFO.
