Does any one happen to know if a suite upgrade at this property includes lounge access a la Singapore? It seems according to their website that suites provide lounge access, so in theory the upgrade should too.
I called to get a suite upgrade and initially I was told no lounge access according to what the agent could see in the room description on her end. After pointing out what is shown on the website, the agent noted there was a discrepancy with what she saw, and she eventually agreed that I would get lounge access and said she will make a note about it in the reservation to make sure.
