The OP has proposed a premise that is likely to generate some vigorous discussion on the state of affairs at UA and the relating of positive / negative personal experiences. That is fine and is the purpose of the forum.
HOWEVER, it is neither the purpose of the forum or
allowed in FT rules to discuss the other posters.

Please post in a friendly, respectful, welcoming manner. 'Snarky,' unfriendly posts will not be allowed. If you don't have something constructive to contribute to a thread, please do not post.

12.2 Avoid Getting Personal
If you have a difference of opinion with another member, challenge the idea — NOT the person. Getting personal with another member is not allowed. Personal attacks, insults, baiting and flaming will not be tolerated.
If you discussing another poster or trying to categorize a group of posters as having a particular wrong opinion, reconsider your post. Nothing good ever comes out of such discussions. Discuss the issue, not the poster(s).
