From my company perspective, it wouldn't even cross a level of concern if my pick-up was not my address or drop off not exactly where I said it would be. If your company is that strict/concerned, I'd look for a new company to work for.
I've never run into an issue, but then I guess the question is, with inconsistent addresses on the receipts, what exactly are auditors... auditing?
Sure they don't know my home address, but I could submit 2 receipts (as home -> SFO and SFO -> home) and the "home" addresses may be on different streets.
