Go to simongiftcard.com. They can be random about rejecting orders, but when they don't they're pretty good.
The process works like this: First you put in the order and get a confirmation. 15-60 minutes later you get an email saying "Your payment was accepted." The next day at 9PM Eastern you get an email saying "Your order has shipped." Arrival time is 3-6 days - In the past couple of weeks, I've twice had two orders placed 2-3 days apart arrive at the same time.
If you have a VPN, it may reject you. Disable the VPN.
I don't log in, I always check out as "Guest."
I've had times when I went weeks or even months with every order being rejected, but lately that hasn't happened much. I do vary the email addresses and credit cards used, and even the name (as one of my cards has my father as an AU, with a different cards number, and the same address as me since we live together).
