Believe the answer or doubt it, the person with the question should know it is an issue and the whole email being set off by having eighty nights is contrary to what the Lurker has posted and seems to have come out of nowhere.
Lurkers do a fantastic job, but there have been several instances where they have not been given 100% accurate information concerning merger transition.
The bottom line is no one will know for sure (on numerous points) until the programs are combined.
I'll repeat that people are stretching to find certainty where it simply does not exist.
