Just got the offer from SPG by email. So they're sending it ... just a bit slow. (Or maybe they didn't want to frustrate customers by sending them to the website before they could book the promo? And their entire email list must be huge, take a little while to process, especially since the messages are personalized with SPG point balance and email address at the bottom of the text)
