I think T2 has amazing food, even if at airport prices. I'm lazy so I'd just go from intl to T2, go through TSA, then enjoy any or a mix of:
napa farms market (eggs / bagel breakfast; sandwiches; pizza; salads, etc)
bar next to Napa Farms
Japanese restaurant
burger joint for American comfort food
Pink berry frozen yogurt
peets coffee
cat Cora spot

i see zero value from In'n'Out burgers unless you're a teenager

t2 seating is cozy
