it works fine on my buddy's iphone....my is Android...not sure if it matters
it turned out either WM billpay or MG is wanting to deter me from using BP. I can set up any amount less than $100 payment in the app, nothing over $100. over $100 goes to error message : "oops, we are having temporary system issue....."
2nd edit: after midnight, BP $1995.01 can be set up normally again....false alarm.
