As a point of comparison, I flew on a E175 MIA-LGA recently and there was only one cold choice for everyone in FC for a Dinner flight - the protein plate. I guess the rest of us non-SEA customers can go pound sand in DL's eyes.
That is a really good looking meal but very abnormal for SEA, especially on a regional jet. The options I see ex-SEA, like every other domestic meal I see, are sandwich or salad. Even mainline TCONs get sandwich/salad, prepackaged cookie, and a taste of a side dish if I am really lucky.
