I immediately reduce CL to $5K after getting confirmation of the match, then drop it to $2K once spend is complete, and close the card after I pay it off. So I normally have 2-3 open at a time. Citi has not been good with retention on cards before they are 6 months old and I don't want a ton of cards eating up $2K CL each.
