You clearly feel that flying MS represents an unpalatable risk. Fair enough: we all have irrational feelings, and though we might act on them, it's seldom wise to promulgate them a universal truths. If your feelings have any concrete basis, any factual back-up, then it would be great if you could share those with us.
It's rare indeed that a passenger gets any insight into how maintenance protocols and procedures are handled and put into force by airlines: rare indeed for passengers to show interest in these. So if you are able to delineate in any way the insight you gained and the conclusions you drew from it, i'm sure that would be well received.
