Hello and thanks in advance for any advice. I applied for the AA Biz card a few months ago using a 60K link and met my spend promptly. I never received the promised bonus so I sent a SM to inquire and was told I did not qualify because I had had an AA card that I'd canceled in December of 2018. That was a personal card, not a business card. When I called to explain and plead my case the representative took notes and promised to send a ticket to have this investigated. I received a letter in the mail a couple of weeks later repeating the same issue of having had a previous AA card in the last 24 months. I called again and ended up with the same response when I received the second letter today. I have not opened or closed any other Citi cards in the past 3 years. Any ideas? Is there a new rule?
