7/3 - My account was locked and I emailed in the data rectification form and a copy of my passport.
7/5 - I received notice that my identity has been verified and my account has been unlocked and was asked to send a copy of each purchase confirmation I received as an attachment in order for you all to study if the flights in my bookings are eligible for the 9000 Avios bonus.
7/5 - I emailed in the 10 purchase confirmation.
7/12 - emailed the execs this morning around 9am
7/12 - got email that my flights qualified and points posted around 12pm
