Seems pretty obvious that folks who purchase PE class should be prioritized for SWU's over those who purchase Y. If AA's system can't handle this, it's a pretty serious glitch.
This is not an IT issue. This is not American's policy.
SWUs can be used from Y and PE however waitlist and clearing priority is based on Status and rolling EQD. That is it.
