[email protected], I called Iberia Plus yet again to ask what was meant by inconsistencies". The agent was clearly completely uninformed, so I insisted on speaking to a supervisor. I had to be very insistent, but finally I got one on the line. He said that there is now a backlog of almost 20,000 emails they had to respond to. He also told me that the people at the call center had absolutely no ability to do anything, and that all decisions were made at the department where
[email protected] emails are received. He refused to give me any contact information for anyone there, and said to wait for a response to my email, even though it might be a long time coming...
