Avoid the 747, its cramped and easily the least impressive of the 3. As you aren't a BA Gold, you wont be sitting in 1A or K on an LAX flight, I'd be reasonably sure of that.
I love F on the A380 and actually quite like the 777. I have my first F sectors on the 789 next month and I was excited to try a more modern F cabin until I seen recent pictures of the state of it, with scuffs and masking tape everywhere. It doesn't seem to have aged very well .
