I did not request for any refund or cancellation.

Recap: They sent me email as "duplicate" account, sent them all the document and form, talked to the operator, he sent email to back office to reinstate the deleted account. Was still awaiting for the response, then now just received the batch of email of refund.
Same here.
Getting emails one by one of tickets canceled on a family member account with the same text:
DEAR CUSTOMER, RIR YOUR RESERVATION COULD NOT BE PROCESSED RIR SO THERE WILL NOT BE ANY CHARGE IN THE CREDIT CARD USED. RIR SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. RIR
