Hi All, Iberia has just cancelled all my bookings and sent me the receipt of refunds.

"DEAR CUSTOMER, RIRYOUR RESERVATION COULD NOT BE PROCESSED RIR
SO THERE WILL NOT BE ANY CHARGE IN THE CREDIT CARD USED. RIR
SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. RIR"
I did not request for any refund or cancellation.

Anyone could suggest what I should be do?

Recap: They sent me email as "duplicate" account, sent them all the document and form, talked to the operator, he sent email to back office to reinstate the deleted account. Was still awaiting for the response, then now just received the batch of email of refund.
