Sort of. From what I've seen the Freedom Airlines flights, which are the larger RJ's with F/C are the 6500, 6600 and 6700 series flight numbers, while the Mesa Airlines RJ's without F/C are lower 6000 series -- 6100, 6200, 6300, & 6400.
