Was the booth you refer to alongside the other booths or was it before the second set of stairs/escalator (can’t remember which) up to the other passport booths? Previously there was a desk down there. Wonder if this has been replaced by the booth you refer to?

I will get some idea in a couple of weeks when I next pass through.
