Datapoint on APEC renewal. My APEC card expires December 2018. I went on-line and renewed APEC last week with "approved" appearing shortly thereafter. One week later (today), I received a new card with an expiration date of December 2023 in the mail -- interestingly, postmarked Vancouver (I'm in the northeast US).
