Having different meetings in different locations at the same time is not an issue. The member does not have to be at the meeting per the rules, only be the one arranging the meeting. Our departmental assistant would set up meeting for five different people in our department. There were days where there would be five different meetings in five different cities but she would get credit for each without issue. It became "a thing" as we worked towards her having enough points to get a Travel Package which she and her husband used to go to England, where they used to live.
